When I click on SUBMIT on the registration login page, NOTHING HAPPENS?
When attempting to access the registration page, if you type in your card number and hit submit and nothing happens, you are probably running a firewall or similar protection on your web browser such as Mozilla or firefox. If you are running any such programs like this, try disabling it and then accessing the registration page. This problem may also be caused by using a web browser other than Microsoft Internet Explorer (6.0 or greater). If you are using a different web browser, try accessing the registration page using Microsoft Internet Explorer (6.0 or greater).

Why do I see "PAGE CANNOT BE DISPLAYED ..." when attempting to register?
It is possible that you are receiving this error because you are experiencing internet connectivity issues on your end, or our registration server is temporarily down. You could try to access our registration site again later. However, most of the time this message is a result of a network setting that will not allow access to our registration page because it uses SSL security. It is common for company and government networks to be set up in away that will not allow access to such web sites. If possible, access our registration page from a different computer or network. Remember, while registration does provide additional benefits, it is NOT necessary to earn points and rewards.

Why do I see "CARD NUMBER COULD NOT BE FOUND" when attempting to register?
You may have mistakenly entered the wrong card number. Try re-entering the card number found on the back of your House Rewards Card. If you are still receiving this error message then you may have been given a House Rewards card for future use that was not swiped on the visit that you received it. Your House Rewards card will not be available for registration on our web site until after the first time that you use it. (Registration is not necessary to use your House Rewards card). On your next visit, be sure to have the Barista swipe your House Rewards card, and then registration should be available to you on our web site.

Why should I REGISTER my House Reward Card?
Registering your House Rewards card is completely optional. You can still use your cards and earn rewards without registering. However, registering your card allows you to check your current reward balance online and enables your Barista to look-up your House Rewards account at the store if you have forgotten your card or your card becomes damaged. Registering will allow us to transfer prepaid balances to a new House Rewards card should your card become lost, stolen or damaged.

How long until my REGISTRATION TAKES EFFECT?
Once you enter your profile information and click on the "Save Profile" button at the bottom of the registration page, your registration information is effective immediately.

Why do I get a SECURITY WARNING when I attempt to access the login page?
When you attempt to access the login page to register your House Rewards card or check your balance, you may receive a security warning. This is because you are being transferred to our House Rewards server. This is normal and there is nothing to be concerned about.

What is your PRIVACY POLICY?
You have nothing to worry about when you register your House Rewards card. It is our Company Policy NOT to sell, distribute or use any of your information for any other purpose whatsoever except for the purpose of Beans & Brews House Rewards and other related Beans & Brews promotions.

Why do I need a PIN?
If you decide to register your card, you will be required to create a 6-digit PIN. This PIN will allow your Barista at one of our stores to look-up your House Rewards account should your card become lost, stolen, or damaged (cannot be swiped), or even if you happen to forget your card on a particular visit. A PIN is also required if you have your card lost, stolen, or damaged and you would like your remaining prepaid balance transferred to a new card. For security reasons, a PIN cannot be used to access a prepaid balance for a purchase or a balance inquiry. Read on for tips on creating a PIN.

What should I use for a PIN?
Three simple rules for PINs: 1) Use SIX (6) digits...numbers ONLY...NO letters or symbols. 2) Make your PIN unique. For example do not use 123456, 111111, 222222 etc. This will make it very difficult to look-up your account and will slow down your visit at the store. 3) Remember your PIN. Use a number that you will remember like a 6-digit numeric birthday or the first 6 digits of your phone number. Write it down if you have to. Without your card or your PIN, it is impossible to use earned rewards or post reward credit to your existing House Reward account.

Why doesn't my PIN work at the store?
If the Barista at the store is unable to look-up your House Rewards account with your PIN, it may be because you are remembering your PIN incorrectly or you mistyped your PIN while registering. You should go back into the House Rewards registration and confirm that you have the correct PIN. You can change your PIN at any time in the registration page. Another possible reason for a PIN not working is if you have had two or more cards merged (credits/rewards transferred). When you request your credits/rewards to be transferred to a new card, we do not transfer your registration information to the new card. Therefore, if you want the benefits of registration, you will need to register the new card.

What do I do if I FORGOT my PIN?
If you happen to forget your PIN, you can log-on to your House Rewards account from our web site and look it up and/or reset it to something new. To login all you need is your card number and your last name.

Why do you ask for my BIRTHDAY, is it necessary for registration?
This is an optional field when you register your card which means you can still enjoy all the other benefits of registering your card even if you prefer to leave this field blank.

Why do you ask for my EMAIL, is it necessary for registration?
Your email address is a required field for registration. We will use this information as a security measure if you request a transfer of a prepaid balance to a different card. We will however, NOT send Beans & Brews promotional emails to your email address unless you have opted for this during your registration. You can easily opt in or out of these Beans & Brews emails at any time on the registration page. It is our Company Policy NOT to sell, distribute or use your email for any other purpose whatsoever except for the purpose of Beans & Brews House Rewards and other related Beans & Brews promotions.

What do I do if my card is LOST, STOLEN, DAMAGED (will not swipe at store)?
The choice is yours...start a new account by getting a new card, or use your PIN to access your orginal account. If you have registered your card, your Barista can look your account up using yourPIN number. He/she will be able to access your account this way to assign points or redeem your free drink. Once you have used all your points up to receive your free drink, then ask your Barista for a new House Rewards Card. Or if you prefer, you can continue to use your PIN to access your orginal account.

What do I do if I FORGET MY CARD on a particular visit?
If you have previously registered your card, all you have to do is give the Barista your PIN. If you do not have your PIN or your card then we will not be able to access your House Rewards Account to use any earned rewards or give you credit towards future rewards.

Can I SAVE my REWARD to use on a future visit?
House Rewards are automatically issued immediately upon earning them if you have ordered a qualified item. “Qualified item” simply means that you ordered an item which the reward could be put towards. For example, if you earned a reward for a free drink, and you ordered a drink, this would be a qualified item so it would be free. If you did not order a qualified item then the unused reward(s) would be saved for you, for the next time you order a qualified item.

What happens if your INTERNET CONNECTION at the store goes down?
The House Rewards program is web-based which means that it requires an internet connection for full functionality. Occasionally there may be a situation in which our internet connection is temporarily down at the store. If this happens, there is no need to worry. The credit you earn during this time will be posted once the internet connection is available. You will however, NOT be able to use rewards during this time that have been previously saved on your account. All rewards earned during this time are saved for you, to be used on a future visit.
